I do pride Dr Minh - Hai D NGO is my primary physician. I salute him. He takes patient concerns very seriously.
Very personable and attentive but quite limited in his ability to do anything other what Kaiser manuals demand. Even if he were to fight on behalf of a patient, he would continue to be stymied. Therefore, it is impossible to give a higher score.
As usual, Dr. Minh-Hai D Ngo represented his profession at the highest level of knowledge and professional attitude. We covered a large area of medical issues that I am confronted with. He answered every question, every concern I had with the utmost patience. I consider myself very lucky to have my health in his care. Thank you. Dr. Ngo!
