They were great for awhile...then they raised our fees over 60.00 at one shot...we had 3 units at the time and it went from 103.00 to 173.00 a month for each unit....we have been with them for 15 years and were super happy until they got greedy. We asked them if they could do anything about this as we are on fixed incomes. They said no so we found a place down the street for the same size and less than half the cost plus we got a promotion deal where we are only paying $61.00 for the first 4 months.
