Appointment was scheduled for 4:05. I arrived at 4:11 and Mingsi refused to see me. The building is large and hard to navigate for a first appointment. The nurse was apologetic but that's simply ridiculous of Mingsi. We even asked him if I could be seen after his next appointment, he still refused
Dr. Li was exceptional. Explained my issues throughly, answered my questions. I will continue to see him as needed .
