Mings Upholstery We had a couch completely re-upholstered at Mings. They have a wide selection of fabrics and we were able to find the color and texture we liked in no time. The work was excellent.
Poor service and attitude Our experience with Ming’s was extremely disappointing. What a waste of our time! If you need the job done on time, don’t count on this company’s representations and don’t expect to be treated with the courtesy that any customer deserves. On July 25th, just before we went on vacation, we borrowed a truck and brought my husband’s favorite leather wing chair in for an estimate. A very nice woman, Maribel, helped us pick out the leather, gave us a price estimate and we contracted to have the ... read more
I had same experience as the previous two reviews. Very pleasant and helpful at first - the fabric was supposed to take a couple of weeks to come in. After multiple calls and emails, I was told it would take an extra 8 weeks for the fabric. I was willing to wait. I was never contacted again - went to the store and was told in a very unfriendly manner that it wasn't going to happen. I had to request a refund of my down payment-almost $800, which they had held for 3 months. Very disappointing experience.

Take your business elsewhere – I've had a really bad experience with Ming's Upholstery. They made a mistake on my initial order, I called to discuss but they would not return my calls. I took the item back, and they never contacted me again. I called to find our what was going on, and they said they didn't have enough fabric to finish my order.
