Since I am a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, I've had it from Anchorage, Alaska, to Miami, Florida, and from Los Angeles to New York State and many cities in between. So, I'm always looking for a Chinese restaurant "of choice." I really like the General Tso's chicken at Ming's Kitchen--tender well cooked chicken with very good spicy sauce.
