I made an appointment to have my hair done a week in advance on a Saturday. When I went in that Saturday there were 4 women waiting to have their hair done and only one lady to do it. Since I had an appointment she took me back right away but started making excuses that she didnt have the color to do my hair and that my hair was "too moist" to color it anyways, (I hadnt washed my hair since the morning before).
