FYI: better not buying from this store. This store can sell fake-ish emerald (in a professional point of view because it processed by some chemistry) and does not provide full refund.
Do not go here, the owner will take you by advantage and try to make you puke out as much money as you can. He claimed the ear piercing was 80 dollars plus tax, the after price was 86 dollars yet he charged me 100. Absolute dogcrap owner and a failure of a human.
I do not recommend buying from this store. They are not transparent about their sales rules, informative about where or how authentic their jade is and they are not friendly. A older gentleman met me at the counter and I asked for a jade baby bracelet as a birthday present. Now what makes me irritated is that he never informed me that at check out that this would be final sale , not to mention he ignored me about the refund or exchange question I had. I went to this store to get my pearls necklace connector to be replaced. I pre paid $50 in order to get this repair work done. However, when I went to pick up my necklace on the next day, I found one of the smallest pearls had been misplaced. This smallest pearl was used to be very very close to the connector, but now it was misplaced right in the middle of the necklace buy the repair guy. When I asked him to fix the watch band, he put a lot of the watch so that it would never fall out again, and the body of the watch was damaged. Then when I said that I had damage, he said he had fixed the watch band. After that, no action was taken and I just left the store. Garbage shop. I will never go again.
