I don’t like giving small businesses any less than 4 or 5 stars, but I thought it was warranted here. I love that it’s a vegan bakery and supports local artists. Those are wonderful things. But the hot tea I was given, the top wasn’t secured and fell off twice, to the point I had to turn around and ask them to replace it. That could’ve been dangerous given the hot liquid. Repeat customer. Excellent coffee and pastries (the cupcakes are exceptional). Very welcoming and patient staff. Comfortable seating. Clean restroom. Highly recommend.
My husband stopped in to grab some things for me to try since I’m gluten free and allergic to dairy, but they only had two gluten free scones and a gluten free brownie available and also no cake to possibly try/sample if I wanted a cake for my birthday. The scones were rock hard on the outside and underbaked on the inside and the brownie was as well. I was so excited to try, but it was truly gross.
Amazing bakery and coffee shop! The ambience is great, and the spinach artichoke pastries will make you wanna slap your momma and believe in Jesus!
