Disappointed, on their website they advertise that their Olympic pool is heated but it isn’t. Im pregnant and went there for a swim since my midwife suggested it but didn’t expected that water will be cold. Please change your description in your website if you cant deliver what you’re offering.
Easy access plenty of parking no waiting and super friendly staff and clean amenities. Beautiful hot showers.
Trying to cancel your child swimming lesson is a nightmare. They want a months notice even though my daughter is getting really upset about going. I have spent about 600 on missed lessons the last year due to thier strict 12hours notice policy. Originally I was told 2 weeks which I could have copped on the chin but 30 days notice? Thats 4/5 swimming lessons? That's close to 100 dollars for lessons we can't attend bumping thier free money up to 700. terrible day. lifeguards need to pay more attention other then talking, a old man kept going up to kids in the pool asking to play and repeatedly shouting and yelling, and still went unnoticed by lifeguards very disturbing.. had to leave just 30 minutes after being there. not to mention to sheer stench the pool water had and looked almost green, made my eyes hurt without even putting my head under… really disappointing would give 0 stars if i could
