I usually am the first person to give a 5 star review but I was not happy with my massage. I still gave a nice tip to be polite but I found it disrespectful that the masseuses were talking to each other throughout the appointment across the rooms. Also, the massage was not as skillful as other places (too hard, no oil used at times etc) As others have said, there are so many great massage places in the city so I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The worst experience of my life. The practitioners cannot communicate and the place is poorly run. The massage was terrible and at the end they DEMANDED tip even after I gave them 20% which they didn't deserve. AVOID at all costs!!!!

I had a fantastic massage at this location yesterday from this young lady that works a couple a time a week. The only thing i dont if they short on people i had to wait 20 minutes longer but it was worth it. I will definitely go back for the same masseusese( i dont like to name masseuses)

What a wonderful experience Helen and Sophia were incredible. We were so lucky to come in last minute and extended our massages. We’ll be back every time we are in the city.

I'm not sure if the bad reviews here about the tip is intended for the place across the street because today I went to both Ming Spa and the place across the street and Ming Spa ladies were nothing but lovely. They didn't demand any specific amount of tips and the prices are much reasonable. The other places across the street on the other hand was very demanding about the tip. That is why I walked out of there and went to Ming Spa afterwards. Will definitely come back to Ming Spa and I stand by this review.
