Gave me a great massage,wish I was closer than chicago..
TERRIBLE customer service - would NOT accept a gift certificate for $50. Would not let supervisor be called and very rude and short with response. Plus each spa location had an excuse why they would not accept the certificate!! Basically took money for not services. Cumberland location and Home Depot area. WILL NOT EVER GO TO MING SPA AGAIN.
