What stood out to me on the first visit was his ability to connect on a personal level before a doctor-patient. At that point all potential barriers were broken. I knew I was in good hands.
I like how he presented all the information and really let me decide the path I wanted to take, I felt comfortable with my decision and it wasn’t made in haste or fear.
I have been trying to book an appointment with Dr. Siew-Ming Lee for over two weeks, they work with doctor referrals only, my doctor have sent the referral twice all ready 1/1/22 and 2/10/22 and I still haven't been able to book an appointment. This denotes a very unprofessional and careless personal, I defiantly give 0 stars if I could.
My experience with Dr. Lee was excellent. He is keenly interested and concerned about one's problems. Compassion goes a long way with me. He executed laparoscopic surgery to remove my gall bladder and the same day process was quick. I experienced minimal pain.
Dr. Lee is personable with a great sense of humor. He explained everything thoroughly building confidence knowing everything would go well. He’s a great surgeon as all went well.
Integrity, Compassion, and Commitment are definite values you want in a surgeon. Dr.Lee exhibits those values well above expectation. As stated in his care philosophy, he uses his “expertise and all resources available to deliver the best care possible”. The surgery was performed laparoscopic with robotic assistance. There are still many surgeons on the fence regarding robotic assistive surgery, Dr. Lee embraces it. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and home 2 days later. I highly recommend Dr Lee
Let me start off by saying, Dr. Lee is a very nice person to deal with and was spoke highly of by many. Now some of his staff is a different story. A few of them really need to work on their people and communication skills. I was spoken rudly to by Norma the scheduler from the start. I would recommend Dr lee but would caution against staff and the lack of communication you get from them.
I just had my follow up for an umbilical hernia that Dr. Lee performed on me. Painless, flawless and the most professional, informative and caring doctor I have ever had. If you do not like doctors as a general rule-use this guy. Your attitude about doctors just might change. He should be the benchmark standard for all surgeons, especially when it comes to the patient's concerns.
Dr. Lee is personable and friendly. He was informative, careful and thorough, very pleased.
