I can say without a doubt that Dr. Liu is the best, most competent and knowledgeable Board Certified Neurologist I have ever been to. That is really saying a lot since I have been a patient at Barrow Neurological Institute since November, 1980, and I have had care from many Neurologists at Barrow.
