Casey is always so helpful! I called multiple places and he was the only one that returned my call in a timely manner. He spends time finding the best plan for you and breaking it down so you understand. They are great!

Highly recommend everyone at Ming Senior Services! They are all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The biggest bonus for me with Ming Senior Services is that I can call them with questions anytime. They are quick to research the answer and call me with the results. This, alone, is priceless! :-)

As a new Medicare recipient, Ming Senior Services helped me to easily understand the different Medicare options of traditional with a medigap plan, or an advantage plan. And then helped me to select an insurance provider that was right for me based on my providers and prescription needs. It was not daunting at all. I highly recommend these brokers that are very educated on what's new each year, and many insurance companies.
