worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! order on the phone and they were sooooo rude, they hang up on me twice , and constantly yelling in my ear, i will not be ordering from this guys again regardless how good their food is.
I have ordered here before their food is not anything to brag about...yet...their customer service is HORRIBLE! I was on the phone with an employee who first picked up the phone yelling at someone else... and then she was short with me, yelled at me, would not let me complete a sentence and so on. I have worked with the public for over a decade and this is totally excusable and I will never give this establishment my business again... It is really sad and pathetic that there are such rude ignorant people in this world.
The best chinese food ever!!! Will not order from no where else and have been eating from this establishment for over six years. Great service and super fast delivery
I have tried several restaurants in the past and so far none of them in the Newport News area come close to Ming Garden's quality of food. I may be putting my foot in my mouth at this time seeming how there are a few more restaurants I want to try out but so far Ming Garden has my vote on the best food in Newport News Denbigh area.
Ming Garden – I have been to Ming garden many many times, and most of the times the food is hot, and fresh, but every now and again you can tell that they shouldn't have sold this to anyone. I always have to tell them "NO VEGETABLES" everytime, because if you don't then then they put too much in there trying to save money on rice I guess. BEST CHINESE IN NEWPORT NEWS Ming Garden has always served very good food We have been eating with them since they open early 90's. We always have them deliverer and have yet had any food missing. Great Food
We always call Ming Garden! We have lived all over the country because we are military, so we've tried A LOT of Chinese food. Ming's is by far one of the best we've ever had. Their prices are reasonable and the delivery is super fast, always earlier than stated on the phone. Our kids love it too, so it's never a problem when we want to call them for take out. They are our first choice if we aren't in the mood to cook!!
The Best Take out This is the best take out chinese restaurant around. Everything we have gotten from them has been outstanding. Their crab rangoons are the best I have ever had! The delivery is fast also!
