Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Threw 90% in the trash and the soup down the drain
The food is fresh and delicious, also great portions. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Also the restaurant is very clean, I’ll definitely will be back.
After several visits to Ming I can say that this is definitely one of the best local Chinese spots. I especially like their vegetarian options. Most recently I had their Eggplant Szechuan. By far my favorite dish here. The eggplant is lightly fried and tossed with their delicious Szechuan sauce with green onion and broccoli. I love that they make their dishes nice a saucy. Very good restaurant! Authentic Chinese food; some of it is 🌶️. I ordered Tibetan beef noodles; surprisingly delicious.
It would be good if they didn’t use so much MSG/SALT ..it’s so salty I can’t even enjoy it
