Terrible service. First of all, I dropped off my coat and sweater last week and was told that they would be ready by the following Tuesday at 5pm. I went yesterday after work (Wednesday) and got there at 5:30pm only to see that they were closed, even though their store hours are until 6pm. I went there this morning (Thursday) and my items were not yet ready. They didn’t arrive from the dry cleaning plant until later in the afternoon - two days after their promised ready-by time. When Samantha took over from Ming, she and her staff were very attentive and reliable. Unfortunately, as time went on, it became increasingly difficult to reach anyone by phone. I found the chat feature on google and used that successfully one time. Tried to call the next time, again, no one answered. Used the chat feature again on Monday explaining I would like a pick up and delivery on Tuesday end of day. Got a reply they would pick up on Monday afternoon. They completely ruined all my clothes. I have clothes put to wash and fold and when i come to put away the clothes, everything was stained with detergent! I mean EVERYTHING. it was absolutely terrible they ruined all my clothes don’t trust them
