I scheduled a second opinion appointment with this provider and Cincinnati Childrens. Unfortunately it has been and continues to be a horrible experience. They do not follow up with the test results. The staff gave the option of starting medication for a 5 year old without explaining why. That's a nice red flag!! They will not answer any direct question on MyChart. Our son needed emergency surgery and we were fortunate that Dr. Minevich did the procedure. He was professional and did a wonderful job keeping us informed. He told us what we needed to know and spent time answering all our questions.
