Dr Minetola is GREAT! He is so nice and gentle and does great work! On the other hand, Jennifer C is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to call the office 3 times (the last time with my insurance company on the line) to get them to understand that they overcharged me, I overpaid, and I simply wanted an ETA for getting my refund check. We went back and forth before I just asked to speak to her manager when she responded she was the manager and I couldn't talk to anyone else.
