We've been to a lot of ATV parks and M&M rates very well in our book. We rode just about every trail and rented the cottage. The cottage was huge, plenty of room, ice cold a/c and affordable. The musty smell coming from the basement was a bit ripe and the advertised washer/dryer were missing but not a deal breaker. We're easy to please. The trails were very well marked and easy to navigate. Featured a good variety of difficulty. The super cool mine tour is a must! Well worth the extra $5!
