Mines & Associates is a great partner to have for any organization. They are responsive, proactive and resourceful. Their depth in services and support is tremendous. There responsiveness in urgent situations let's you know you have a trusted partner when you need it most.
Our contact at Mines and Associates has been fabulous. The level of overall support has been great over the last 4 years we have used Mines as our EAP. We feel it is worth the financial investment to have this resource for our people.
Karina in the customer service line hang up on me 3 times. Guess she's not feeling like working today.
I would caution everyone that is considering working with MINES & Associates and their affiliate UMR (in Colorado). They have an archaic, manual, claim processing system. This not only delays payments for Providers while MINES is collecting their premiums on-time, but exchanging sensitive data via paper multiple times is increases risk for fraud.
