I’m not sure if this is the restaurant or the poolside so that was confusing. I think they now have high room which is their restaurant but also they have a poolside area, so the hours for each are different Regardless Very cute remodel. I liked that they had slushies for cocktails, you don’t see that and it’s a perfect poolside thing We also had the pizza which was delicious I was going to get their day pass but decided to just check it out and eat there first.

I've now had three frustrating experiences at Minerva's, all involving reservation and service mishaps. The first time I visited, about 11 months ago, I made an OpenTable reservation only to arrive and be told that the restaurant wasn't actually open yet.
