I left my items in storage for a year and everything was in the exact way I left it. The employees are also very nice and helpful.

The negative reviews I would assume are from bitter customers, for something most likey unrelated to what these reviews are for. Everytime I go to my storage unit, the halls are clean, the bathrooms clean if I use it, and the staff are nothing but friendly and very helpful, they even gave me time to transfer into a larger unit without immediately charging me. I've had a unit for 3 years with very sentimental items and I'm not worried about them thanks to great upkeep and security at night-time.
Great place to store your valuable items.
The staff here was amazing, especially for getting me the best deal to store my stuff and it kept all my electronics safe.
