I used this home health agency for my IVIG treatments, and they were AMAZING! The best customer care I have seen in my entire life. Everyone from the nurses who overextended themselves to keep me out of the hospital, to the nursing supervisor who constantly called to check on me. They were all extremely responsive to my every need and did everything in their power to get me feeling better. Thank you so much Minerva Home!

All the reviews I see are from employees, not clients. My experience as a customer was altogether different and not good at all. Minerva was the nursing agency first sent to begin my home steroid infusions. Nurse “T,” the first one sent to try to start an IV was in such a hurry that she didn’t prep her supplies sufficiently that when the first site didn’t work she had no gauze or bandaids ready so I, me, THE PATIENT, grabbed her used alcohol pad to stop the bleeding and when she tried a second site—she did the exact same thi... read more
