Rude every employee there are rude. Just coming in you don’t get to introduce yourself nor explain to them why you came.
Dr Ellis literally saved me from having to get unneeded brain surgery that I was told I needed by a neurosurgeon. She encouraged me to get an opinion from a different highly respected neuro and her referral got me in within a matter of days. Turns out, her opinion and guidance to the right docs were integral in determining the real cause of my issues and I do not need brain surgery! Thank you doc!
This has to be one of the most uncaring and unsympathetic doctors I have ever been to. Her staff is rude and unprofessional, as well. When I finally got the doctor to call me back, she actually hung up on me. Avoid at all costs!
