My car got a noise issue coming from rear tire on the way to cairns. I brought my car in the morning and they fixed it around lunch time. All the staff were friendly and kind. I’m so appreciating. Than you so much!!
My air con system needed desperate attention - it stopped working as I was passing through Mt Isa heading to Arnhem Land… Miners Mate were incredibly accommodating! Booked me in same day and fixed up the air con in a couple of hours. It’s worked an absolute dream since! Thanks for making the long drive possible. I couldn’t be more thankful for their help!
Chris n Ros of Hervey Bay struck mechanical trouble recently in the Mt Isa area and were referred to Miners Mate Mechanical also local RACQ guy named Laurence and we were more than happy with his help. I can't thank Lawrence and the team enough for going out of their way to help me when i was involved in a motorcycle accident just sth of Normanton last week. When no other recovery businesses in the region would help, Lawrence hopped in his truck and drove the 5hrs there, picked me and the bike up and returned back to Mt Isa in the early hours the next morning.
