My three experiences since moving here with them is showing up for my MRI paying a $250 co-pay and being told they could not do it because no one did the pre-screening so they were unprepared. Six months later, I had to call their compliance office to get my $250 co-pay back after being threatened with pre-collection for $25 co-pay for another service. No doctors. At a hospital, no less. How is seeing a nurse going to do you any good? Can't give a referral. Can't give a prescription. And if you do see the "nurse" they will never call you back. You are better off dying at home. Too bad there wasn't a zero star option.
Dr James Gonzales told me my THC screening was positive and fussed at me for lying to medical professionals. When I got my medical information back I can very clearly see that my THC screening is negative, along with every other drug. They gave me droperidol to treat the cannabis induced vomiting that I didn’t have. Absurd.
Spen two hours waiting to be seen, left after9 a.m. And now, it took two hours for the ER staff to send the meds to Mesa Pharmacy!! This ER sucks, and the administrator allows it!!! I would rather die, than go back to this place!!! ER needs to get their shit together!!!SEND THE MEDS, WHATS THE POINT OF GOING IF YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU NEED TO GET BETTER!!! DISGUSTING!!
