Krystal in the ER was incredibly rude and unprofessional at a very difficult time in our family- she made assumptions without having a clear picture, no one when a family is in crisis should be treated as we were by her. The hostility she showed made an incredibly hard time even harder. Renai was matter of fact compassionate and knowledgeable.
Financial services is a complete joke, they have several different accounts that haven't been updated, maybe Brenda needs to be investigated for this and every patient reimbursed for her lack of updating the system. If you have any questions I'd call Veronica to resolve any issues.
Dr. Lopez is a great pediatrician. I'm so happy to have someone like him gracing his presence in Raton. The clerical staff can be a little rude at times, but it's a small town with limited competition for admin/office professionals.
My review is actually NO stars. If I could rate the service and the knowledge of the ER doctor and the nurses it would be -10. So it seems as though it's their policy to mistreat medical conditions and to administer the least amount of medical care to people who may be a drug addict or alcoholic. They let one of my friends die earlier this year because he was an addict. And just yesterday they told my friend to just go home and dress the wound their self.
