This place is a place for people to get paid while they do nothing but sit around and talk and play on their phones. My mom was here and they didn’t help her or check on her. I can’t believe that these people can’t handle the patients they have. Sierra and Santos is the only ones that has been coming in and checking on her. I have been to big hospitals and the nurses come in every little while and here in this hospital you’re lucky if you see them at all. Horrible place I am so disappointed in the staff. Hello! I wanted to stop by and thank you for your beautiful, correct, night-sky and neighbor-friendly exterior lighting! I drive a truck nightly from Albuquerque to Trinidad and back. I'm also a dark sky volunteer advocate and an avid outdoors person in my spare time. It's so nice to see beautiful examples of correct outdoor lighting. Of course we can have both... light and stars!! Thanks for all you do!
NEVER calls back regardless of how much pain you’re in or how urgent something is, messages are almost ignored entirely, referrals to specialists take forever (or multiple prompts), and communication is a joke. No call backs on lab results or next steps either. I’ve been with this clinic for seven years now and there was never a time where they just did their job without me feeling like nothing will get done if I don’t take the reigns and hold their hand through every step in my recovery.
