Dr. DAVID FAIRBANKS spent less than in a minute in my room. Was extremely rude when telling me that my concern isn't actually a concern. Even though I felt like it was a huge concern consider what I had could be worsen by my already existing condition which he didnt even ask about!! No sensitivity in this hospital with the night crew! I will be calling my regular provider tomorrow to make sure that my issue isn't serious because that doctor didnt even examine me before discharging in under 5 minutes of being in the room. Krystal in the ER was incredibly rude and unprofessional at a very difficult time in our family- she made assumptions without having a clear picture, no one when a family is in crisis should be treated as we were by her. The hostility she showed made an incredibly hard time even harder. Renai was matter of fact compassionate and knowledgeable.
Financial services is a complete joke, they have several different accounts that haven't been updated, maybe Brenda needs to be investigated for this and every patient reimbursed for her lack of updating the system. If you have any questions I'd call Veronica to resolve any issues.
Dr. Lopez is a great pediatrician. I'm so happy to have someone like him gracing his presence in Raton. The clerical staff can be a little rude at times, but it's a small town with limited competition for admin/office professionals.
