I went in for my appointment and they got my stuff mixed up. I wouldn't have reviewed them. But i saw this has happened to other people so I want to let other people know they will probably mess up their stuff too.
First I had an appointment for an X ray for my back. They called to schedule an appointment and had all the wrong information. Like they were asking me if I was the wrong person. After 40 minutes they finally got the right information for me. The day I showed up to the appointment. They had my information down for ANOTHER wrong person. Different person. How do you expect people to pay their bill when you say you are open from 8-430 and i call on a Thursday (today) when I get off work at 4 for the automation machine say you are closed
Keep getting a bill for 2.33 and I’ve never step foot in this place! If it has something to do with advantage health that would explain it! They are a joke!
Is refusing to bill my insurance stating that my insurance won't pay when my insurance has paid for the imaging every year for the past four years.
