Really good place for a picnic, right by the water and climbing wall. They rent boats to go out on the water and there is lots of space to play Frisbee. You have to carry your food in from the parking lot and it's a small walk without pavement. Signs are not well marked, you park at the bottom by the lake then walk over along the lake to reach it.
Great place for a picnic or spending the weekend. Canoes and kajaks are available for rent. Signs for the pavillion are not clearly marked. Park by the lake and it's a 2 minutes walk to the pavillion. A grill, volleyball court and fire pit are included with the reservation fee.
