Front desk customer service is friendly and helpful. The nurses are funny and patient. Kaitlyn could stand a course in telephone etiquette, though.
Very nice people to deal with
This review concerns COVID contact tracing procedures by Health Department employees. I do not appreciate how it was handled nor how I was spoken to by the health department member. After a misunderstanding over a question, the health department official would not agree that there could have POSSIBLY been a misunderstanding. Instead he kept INSISTING that HE was the one that was "perfectly clear," and now I was changing my story. I do NOT appreciate the accusation.
