Mineral Area Overhead Door Inc sent 2 installers to my house, to repair or replace 2 Genie jack shaft openers that were less than 4 years old. They got to my house early evening, I had to work at 4 pm and they didnt even arrive until after 2pm sometime. I told the man on phone when I made appointment I had to work at 4pm, he told me they would be done well before that. I had to leave before they finished needless to say. Would highly recommend, great service and product. Everyone was great to work with, the guys that installed the garage door were fast and did excellent work.
The initial installation about 6 months ago went ok. We don't have a book about our product or how to test it. A couple weeks ago my husband accidentally hit the outdoor pinpad twice and it messed up the programming. After several attempts to solve it, he pressed and held the reset button on the unit. Still nothing worked. Called the office and was told he erased the program from the keyless entry. He was told to look up YouTube videos to restore it or they could come out. Loved the guys that replaced two garage door heads, eyes, and added outside panel opener along with 2 openers. Arrived on time worked with precision and at a great price. Friendly and I would call them again. Thanks Guys.
