This company is the worse ever in warranty work. I can’t get anyone to call me back to fix my garage door.
Worst customer service ever! It took 9 months of me chasing them down for updates and scheduling for our repair to finally be completed correctly. We had 1 no-show for the repair, and another that "repaired" with the wrong color panel. Not once did they initiate a call with me to update me on status or schedule my repair. Not once did I receive a return phone call that I requested from a supervisor. Funny how 1 hour after our door was finally repaired we received a call requesting payment. Miner called twice to find a time that would work for us. Their technician fixed the problem quickly, at the quoted price and took the time to show me how to properly maintain the hinges and rollers myself.

Wow! How far this company has fallen since they were sold! I was a Loyal customer for over 20 years. They were always busy, but their customer service was very good. When you called they would answer right away and set up an appointment for the next available day. That could be a week or two away.
