I have CIGNA Medicare advantage and through their IMed subsidiary they pay for a free eye exam and $150 toward glasses and Mineola eyecare is a preferred provider for IMed so I went there for my free eye exam and as I was about to leave they give me a bill for $150 and said that CIGNA and IMed did not hey the entire bill.. there is a $45 co-pay for a medical exam which I did not request so just beware if you are there to get your free exam you will have to pay for the medical portion of the eye exam which they did not tell ... read more
