I took my bike in today because the chain fell out. No waiting at all and Mineola Bicycle repaired it and then, without me asking, gave the bike a tune-up. Didn't charge me for any of it! Of course, I highly recommend them.
Great service and selection. Had an issue with a product I ordered there (manufacturer issue not theirs) and they offered to swap it out for a replacement as soon as I could bring it in.
