RecommendedThe best Italian Sausage around. I make trips from the other side of Rochester a few times a year to stock up. It's about a 3 hour round trip for me. Bring the cooler and fill it up and add some ice.
Best food! They offer much more than just sausage. You have to check out their location!!! Highly recommend.
Absolutely love � your Italian Sausage since being young, my Mother always brought your products. I continue the family tradition, stopping at flagship store to purchase bag of sausages (can’t find them in stores, only at HQ). When I get a chance visit street eats & of course my first stop at E.C. Fair at your booth ( which had new location this year). I wish you all the continued success in the years to come!

I noticed the sausage patties contain soy grits. Not only is this ingredient most likely a GMO, I don't think most people would prefer this in their sausage. I'm very disappointed.

Jennifer Polowy Mahon We use soy as a binder and our soy grits are not GMO. We use very little soy in our product and it is monitored by the USDA. Most manufacturers use some sort of binder, it is a good source of protein. We have used soy since 1976 with no complaints.
Nobody beats their sausages!!!! Their peppers stuffed with various speciality sausages are fantastic also!!!
