Customer Service.... NOT We bought a boat from these guys -- it was supposed to include the radio face plate, oar, anchor, fire extinguisher, life jackets and tarp. They needed to do some work on the boat, so we agreed to pick it up 3 days later. When we went to get the boat, they didn't have all the gear they promised us -- that we were told by salesman John belonged to the boat -- they said it was in a different location. HUH?
