In six months of working with Jason, I’ve developed a much deeper understanding of myself through parts work, including a breakthrough related to a childhood issue. He provides a calm and safe space to work through issues. His support has been instrumental in helping me feel more at peace internally through better understanding of my parts. I wish I would have had this kind of help years ago!
Didn’t know what to expect, but was easy going and he was able to work with what I needed everytime. The realization of things helped a ton for me and let me work on myself to fix some of my issues. Sometimes things popped up during therapy I would have never expected which means it was deep within. Overall I feel better after the sessions I had and working on improving myself every day.
