Mindy has Horrible customer service and communication skills. Sent a friendly detailed email requesting some information on their services and pricing. All I got back was a one sentence response saying they are closed and she won’t answer questions until their working hours. Didn’t even start the message with a hello. She must be a Gen Z. Mindy has lost this company mine and my family members business. Mindy is absolutely incredible at what she does!! I have very unique hair, not only does she listen, value my concerns, but she kills it every time!! I travel all the way from Kamloops to see Mindy.
