I called 40 minutes before my appointment to confirm it (they didn’t even reach out to me) and everything was confirmed. I left work early to go to this office only to be told they stopped taking my insurance this year. Wasted time and resources while being sick to come for an appointment that could not happen, very unprofessional.
Dr Satsky is a warm and wonderful doctor who makes you feel comfortable. Definitely someone I trust with my health.
I went to Dr. Mindy Satsky hoping to establish care with a new primary doctor in the city. As a first-time patient, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.
