I went to Dr. Mindy Satsky hoping to establish care with a new primary doctor in the city. As a first-time patient, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The first thing she said to me was, “So do you want an annual, or are you here because you’re sick?”—as if I had to choose one or the other.
