If there is justice in our MN court system Mindy Mitnick will be prosecuted. I suggest my case burns v Collins as I believe multiple areas of corruption and I believe perjury occurred.. the covering up of unspeakable things is what Mindy Mitnick did to me..

Run away from this so called professional. This woman favors the abuser. I have documented evidence that she lies in her reports. I can see why she has you sign a clause exempting her from being sued. I have never seen a more biased demonstrably deceptive evaluation. One could easily believe she made a lot more money off the case than what the parties openly paid. This woman has made the lives over several abused children a living hell. Hopefully she will repaid in kind.
