WILL YA shut the front door?! Mindy is a STAR lawyer - I was facing a 2nd DUI, being close to .08 BAC. It would have probably been a wet wreckless and some other exorbitant penalties and fines but I just owe the court $150! She was able to get me a judicial diversion so now I'm just doing some community service and a few things, but damn I'm so lucky didn't get any points on my driving record. Mindy McQueen is absolutely amazing. She was able to get a stay on my license and kept me driving up until my court day- which was almost 3 months after my arrest, as well as no jail time despite what the DA recommended. She helps make a very traumatic situation easy to navigate through and is always there to answer any questions. I highly recommend Mindy if you want to beat your case. She is the best!
