I went to see her for GI issues and underwent a breath test and CT scan. The breath test came back positive. We had talked about possible treatment plans including antibiotics. However, no prescription was ever sent to the pharmacy. After waiting and hearing nothing, I called the office only to find out she had gone on vacation and left no one covering her patients. Dr. Mindy Lee was recommended to me, and I wish I could leave a positive review, but not only did Dr. Lee not follow up with me after getting requested tests done, the incompetence of either her or her office has left me dealing with insurance and Quest for nearly 6 months now (they've even gotten a creditor agency after me because of how incompetent and unresponsive Dr. Lee and her office have been). saw this doctor a few times and was made to go through a couple of procedures. the procedures didn't show anything but my symptoms continued, no follow-up or updates on the diagnosis or treatment plan what so ever, I had to follow up a couple of times on it. It almost seems like the doctor is more interested in ordering tests and procedures than actually treating me
I went to see Dr. Lee for consultation today. She is amazing. She listened to every question I asked and answered them in detail and patiently. I think that's exactly how a doctor should treat their patients like that. Also, the staff at the front desk were very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.
