Dr. Hsue is nice and thorough but beware of the extra charges you will get. I got charged for the question she did not even answer. I called Swedish to dispute the charge and they said they'd review the codes and resubmit to insurance, but all they did was change the code from 30 min office visit to 25 min office visit. What a joke. Best to not ask any questions and say everything is ok.
Not a good experience, would not recommend to anyone. Went for an annual visit and they billed me for not only the annual visit, but also 2 irrelevant follow ups and an additional doctors visit for questions they asked and tests they ran of their own accord (blood, cholesterol) that they only told me cost money after the fact. They really try to squeeze money out of you left and right, and then referred to a specialist without any explanation of what exactly I needed the specialist for. Dr. Hsue was dismissive, not very attentive, and didn't listen well to my symptoms. I was feeling very sick. I did a Thyroid ultrasound. My left thyroid lobe measures were almost 2 times larger than normal. Dr. Hsue said, "Neck ultrasound is normal." I changed my doctor which saved my life.
