Tina Ott Mindy has an amazing talent!! If you want to quit smoking or like me knew I should quit, but kind of enjoyed it still. I went into her office, not really knowing what to expect. The therapy with Mindy helped me with severe anxiety and depression that had been controlling so much of my adult life. With her help I no longer have the huge ball of anxiety hitting me at levels...sometimes for only minor issues. Also finally able to get sleep again. Such amazing results, just can't believe I waited so long to get the help I needed!
