Mindy Andreychek Agent (License #: MD-33727) along with her staff Bonnie Stevens are very ignorant, rude and racist. I've contacted her about my homeowners policy months ago and finally she answered the phone 2+ months later. She couldn't even just say something like my apologies for my staff and I not getting back to you in a timely manner..... Mindy and her staff have bern extremely helpful in helping me with my insurance needs. They are friendly and care about their customers.
This customer service with this agent is deplorable. Bunnie's performance, or lack thereof, is unacceptable. Four months of problems with her...not to mention she's rude and nasty.
