Hi Team, I have decided to cancel my appointment with Adele McFarland as both of my phone conversations with reception were not very professional. Because of this, I wish to cancel my appointments. Staff should be trained to speak professionally with clients, especially those who may be dealing with mental health issues and are at their most vulnerable. Maturity is also important. they don't care about ur wellbeing and only care about u paying the bill, i don't have the mental health issue anymore so here i am warning other people so they dont make the same mistake as me. they take advantage of vunerable people
Waited months for an appointment only to show up and be told the psychologist has left the practice. Despite having seen this clinician on numerous occasions, I was not notified of this information. Instead, I received an email confirmation for the appointment less than a week prior. On review, this clinician is still listed as a member of their team on their website.
