Awesome reception staff, they know me by name. Psychologist is lovely, warm, and very knowledgeable and helpful!
Reception staff and clinic management are unprofessional and cannot maintain productive relationships with clients to support their treatment. This clinics reception staff only care about making their money and being cash cows. They make your life living hell and so stressful. They demand payment before appointments when you walk in they dont even say hello, just “we need to collect your payment”.
