A fantastic psychology practice with knowledgeable and compassionate practitioners. The reception staff are outstanding — always kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend.
Reception staff and clinic management are unprofessional and cannot maintain productive relationships with clients to support their treatment. This clinics reception staff only care about making their money and being cash cows. They make your life living hell and so stressful. They demand payment before appointments when you walk in they dont even say hello, just “we need to collect your payment”. Mindworx is a fantastic clinic.. Wonderful staff, trauma-informed and great with kids. The team is organised, and communicate really well. Such a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment. Highly recommend!
I have been taking my mother to her appointments at Mindworx Psychology for over a year and our experience has been wonderful. The receptionists are always lovely and welcoming. They know us by name and we look forward to seeing them and having a chat each time we visit.
