The psychologist failed to recognise a client was well into a bipolar manic episode with psychosis during their session and sent them home with advice to go to sleep. They were hospitalised the next day.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and Khalil helped me through an anxiety disorder in just 3 sessions, he also helped me understand a lot about myself in order to set me up for success now that I’m back to baseline.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionist staff in general, let alone for a psychology office. I read the other countless negative reviews saying the same thing and decided to give them a chance anyway, but now will not be going here- such a shame. I called to enquire, the receptionist said her general greeting incredibly fast and muffled, I responded, she cut me off after three words saying she cannot hear me (shocking since I have just had about 20 phone calls today and they have all been fine so this is clearly on h... read more
