Through working with Sam, I was able to analyze, reflect, and gain so much helpful knowledge for how I can facilitate my own success. I started going to him for vaping cessation and within four-five sessions I stopped completely. As a smoker of over 25 years, I thought my addiction to cigarettes would always control my life (as I tried many times, many unsuccessful ways to quit). Not only did Sam help me quit smoking, which is a big deal, he helped me get in touch with parts of myself I didn't know were accessible. He made it easy to trust the process and trust him. It's worth the process. One year later, still no nicotine. I have been able to take my identity back and stand up for myself. This has not been popular with a particular family member. Thank you Sam.
