I was seeking services from mindwell to treat my drug resistant depression. I filled out the forms, and turned in my insurance, ready to begin. Excited to get help from this company, I turned in my paperwork for what was offered as a "free consultation" to figure out if it is right for me. I came for my visit, the front desk stated it wasn't free and the staff told me wrong. That I had to pay, no ifs, ands or buts. I was shown no empathy, and left stunned.
