Great office. Cathy on the front desk has always been very professional and is an asset to the business. She takes on many calls and requests filtering everything that comes through. She is empathetic and a joy to talk to. Anne-Marie is a very experienced psychologist who genuinely listens to everything and I will say she possesses a natural ability to remember everything. I have know them for over 4 years and I rate them highly. Well done guys

Disappointing manner by receptionist. It was like she was too busy to even be polite and became argument when something was misunderstood. Not very personable to those seeking treatment and asking a question. Rude and dismissive she basically said we ( yea she spoke for the practice) have plently of patients we don’t need you when I tried to reschedule an appointment. She told me to go elsewhere. Disappointed
