I had a really good experience with Mindwaves Healthcare. As a multidisciplinary clinic, the service felt well organised and easy to deal with, and everything ran really smoothly. Faria was a real standout throughout. She was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, and it was obvious she puts a lot into what she does. You can tell the clinic has a high standard of care, but Faria really made the experience for me. All round, I was really impressed.
I’m so grateful for the work Faria does. Going to Mindwaves Healthcare has been such a positive experience. The strategies she shares are incredibly practical and have actually worked for me. She did my ADHD assessment and I was blown away by how indepth her knowledge is regarding neurodiversity. We’ve had some cracking sessions where she explained everything so clearly. If you’re looking for a nonjudgmental space for assessments or support, I cant recommend them enough. 5 Stars! Absolute legends!
Faria and the Mindwaves Healthcare team have been such a blessing to our family. She has been incredibly helpful in guiding me and my child through our autism journey, always taking the time to listen, explain things clearly, and offer genuine support. I honestly cannot thank her enough for the kindness, patience, and compassion she has shown us from the very beginning. Knowing that we have someone who truly cares and understands makes this journey so much easier. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done for us.
We started at mindwaves 6 months back. When we first start the administration team and staff were BEYOND AMAZING. Now staff have changed it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get inconstant via phone or e mail regardless of how many times you request a return call or e mail. We have spent thousands for assistance for my son. Beyond disappointed with them since changes really sad and unprofessional
